Dave has been at Convergence Networks, formerly known as SWAT Systems, a Seattle-based IT Managed Service Provider, for over 13 years. In his role he is responsible to lead the Seattle market while serving as Director of Process, Integration, and M&A. His responsibilities extend to managing the internal DevOps team and spearheading Business Intelligence, Automation, and AI initiatives.

With a BS in Psychology from Washington State University and numerous Microsoft and technical certifications, Dave leverages 16+ years of experience in IT, Automation, and Management. His expertise spans operational leadership, strategic planning, and technological innovation.

Beyond his professional commitments, Dave actively contributes to the business community by mentoring local small businesses and volunteering with non-profit organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters. He maintains a keen interest in emerging technologies and pursues personal passions including culinary arts, gardening, longevity science, and competitive rock climbing.
